Biography
I am Tyke Owens, a 23-year-old Division 1 sprinter and jumper at East Texas A&M, a two-time Texas high jump state record holder, Southland Conference champion, and Performance Course strength and conditioning coach. I also am I speed coach on the side. Health and fitness is something that is very important to me. I eat a low sugar high protein diet and workout even on the days when it's hard. This is my 6th year as a college athlete, 4th year on the D1 level.
