I’m a Division I lacrosse player at Bryant University and a lifelong fitness and extreme sports enthusiast. When I’m not competing or training, I spend my free time creating content around lifting, mountain biking, surfing, and skiing—capturing the mindset, intensity, and lifestyle behind high performance. I live for pushing limits, staying active year-round, and inspiring others to train harder and move with purpose. Off the field, I’m also a co-founder of Lifted Blends, a performance beverage brand built around recovery and focus. I enjoy partnering with brands that align with athletic performance, adventure, and authenticity, and I take pride in delivering energetic, engaging content that connects with active audiences.
