Hello, My name is Shelby Ricks. I am a 22yr old Grad Student playing basketball on an athletic scholarship at Bowie State University in Bowie, Maryland. I have been playing basketball since I was about 9 years old. Ball is LIFE for me. My love of basketball has taken me all around the country on the AAU circuit. In high school, I was selected to the State of Florida 2020 All-Star game. Unfortunately, the game was cancelled due to COVID. I am a country girl at heart in that I was born and raised in Florida. I love all things pink and blue with yellow being a close third. I LOVE cow print. I love reading, working out, and of course, playing basketball. I’ve been told my smile is infectious and I have also received compliments on my sportsmanship and my energy on my team. I am developing a larger social media presence and I would like to showcase more products and companies as I build my brand.
