My name is Seth Rider, I have been doing triathlons since I was 6 years old and racing professionally since 2016 when I was 19. Growing up I was the only kid in my hometown interested in triathlon and I spent hours and hours training out on the trails, roads, and pools alone and fell in love with the sport. Since then I have been working hard to reach my goals in triathlon but have never lost the joy for just going out and cycling in the mountains. I am now an Olympic hopeful shooting for Paris 2024 but the day to day still looks the same, spending a lot of time outside swimming, cycling, and running, trying to find my limits and exploring new places.
