Hello, my name is Ryan Luitjohan! I just graduated from Edwardsville High School and am heading to University of Southern Indiana to compete in Cross Country and Track and Field. I was a two time state championship qualifier and track and field and I have learned through the sport how each individual plays an important role in the team. I have learned so much about thr mental side of the sport throughout my career through my own experiences and others and would love to help push mental health awareness in sports and just in general forward.
