Rian Forestier is a guard for the University of Southern California Women’s Basketball team, a student at the USC Marshall School of Business, and the founder of 4WARD, a nonprofit dedicated to providing under-resourced middle and high school girls with proper basketball shoes. Through 4WARD, she has already donated more than 600 pairs of brand-new shoes, giving young athletes the dignity and confidence to play the game they love. At USC, Rian balances the demands of Division I basketball with her academic journey, where she is on track to graduate early with a focus on entrepreneurship and leadership. She aspires to build a career at the intersection of sports, business, and community impact. As part of the NIL era, Rian has partnered with many different national brands across apparel, food and beverage, wellness, technology, and sports performance industries.
