Hello my name is Phillip Gallegos, I am going to be a freshman football player for the Rice Owls this coming Fall. During my time in high school I was a part of the Men of Honor Society in addition to the National Honor Society. Through serving in these programs I took tremendous pride in giving back to my community and getting to know the people of my community. While relocating to the amazing city of Houston I plan on making great connections and partnerships while I am here.
