Former collegiate female wrestler passionate about sports, faith, health, and storytelling. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Physical Education while competing at a high level in wrestling, and I’m currently pursuing my wrestling career at the senior level. Originally from Minnesota, I’m passionate about content creation and building connections with brands focused on fitness, wellness, lifestyle, and authentic storytelling. Through my journey in athletics, recovery, and everyday life, I hope to inspire others on and off the mat.
