My name is Nate Holmes and I play basketball at Roger Williams University. When I'm not on the court I love fly fishing, spearfishing, photography, and just about anything else outdoors. I also have a lot of experience in the content creation field working for various outdoor media companies on articles and photo assignments. In addition to my content background, I have a deep interest in sports medicine and training. I am a dedicated athlete diagnosed with a genetic disorder that affects my metabolism. My case is followed by an incredible team of sports medicine doctors that inspire me to take on my training and my lifestyle with a scientific mind with the goal of performing to the highest of my potential.
