Hey there! My name’s Mylasia, and I’m a sophomore from Dallas, Texas. I’m passionate about cooking, eating, traveling dressing up, and learning new things. I’m currently pursuing a degree in Animal Science with the goal of becoming a surgical veterinarian. My passion for this career stems from my childhood experiences on the farm with my papa. I’ve been helping with farm work ever since I can remember, and I find immense joy in it. I dream of the day when I can take over the farm and let my papa sit down and relax. In my free time, I’m also involved in charity work. I volunteer at a toy and bike drive during Christmas whenever I can. I’ve been doing this since I was about 9 or 10 years old because my mom always emphasized the importance of giving back whenever possible. It helps me stay humble and kind to others. But that’s not all I do. Every year, I make it a point to participate in a charity event. It’s one of my favorite things to do, and I’m proud to contribute to the community.
