About
Biography
My name is Michael Frost and I am a freshman at Boston College. I am in the Morrisey College of Arts and Sciences here at BC, studying Classics and Philosophy on the pre-law track. I just graduated from Boston College High School where I claimed eight school records and two state championship titles. My specialty events are the 60m-400m. Outside of school and track, I have an instagram fitness account where I attempt lifting/calisthenics challenges and offer workout advice as a fitness coach (username: @frostfitness365). I am also an accomplished guitarist (classical and heavy metal) and have performed at various large events.
