Hi! I'm Mia Stepson, a student-athlete on the York University Track and Field team studying Media Analytics with a minor in Sport Management. I chose this path because I love content creation, social media strategy, and learning how sports stories connect with audiences. 🧠 I prioritize my mental health through journaling, walks, and quality time with friends and family. 🏃‍♀️ I won the 100 hurdles at our 2026 outdoor conference championship. 📚 I have made the Dean's list every semester and I am conducting undergraduate research on the NCAA House settlement. 🍽️ I love trying new restaurants, especially diners and dessert places. 🛍️ Brands I genuinely use include Nike, Alo, TJ Maxx, Target, CVS, Walmart, The Vitamin Shoppe, Publix, and McDonalds.
