I am majoring in psychology and minoring in sports management currently and wanting to get my masters in sports psychology. I am very interested in the mental side of athletes and how to prepare them in certain situations. My lacrosse team has supported the organization called Morgan’s Message because we believe athletes mental health comes first. I have also helped a dance class with a group of adults who have Down Syndrome. I have also helped a club with high school students who are autistic that play sports like flag football, basketball, and track.
