My name is Malachi Keller, and I’m a collegiate decathlete at Pima Community College, where I balance athletics and academics with discipline and determination. After a strong high school career at Tombstone High School, I transitioned to the college level and quickly found success in one of the most demanding events in track and field: the decathlon. In just my first year competing in the decathlon—and after only two meets—I earned 2nd place at Regionals with a personal best of 5,363 points. My early performances also qualified me for both Indoor and Outdoor NJCAA Nationals as a freshman, an accomplishment that reflects my dedication to mastering all ten events. Off the track, I maintain a 3.5 GPA, showing the same commitment in the classroom as I do in competition. I’m driven to keep growing as a student-athlete and look forward to reaching new heights in my athletic and academic journey.
