I am a thrower who loves to advocate for athletes mental health and especially injured athletes. I just started track my junior year of high school and still have a lot to learn! I cheered for years and was originally committed to the university of Minnesota for cheerleading. Had to switch sports due to a knee injury I have fully recovered from two Acl, mcl, pcl, both meniscus surgeries. I am really big on the recovery to get back into the sport.
