I’m a student athlete at John Carroll university I play varsity baseball here. I was born and raised in Waukegan Illinois to two immigrant parents who came from Mexico to come look for a better opportunity at life. I worked for my father as his plumbing assistant about my whole life. My first actual job was as a summer camp intern with younger kids at my communities youth center. I’ve also worked in the food industry as a bus boy. Now at school I work as a student equipment manager mixing in with my daily baseball and lifting regime on top of school. Here at school I chose to major in finance because we have a great business program. This past summer I spent my time in Olean, New York playing for the Olean oilers of the NYCBL.
