Biography
My name is Liam Smith and I am a coxswain on the University of Wisconsin Rowing Team. I was born with a form of dwarfism called hypochondroplasia that impacts my height as I stand at 4' 10" tall but not my personality or outlook on life. Dwarfism has opened many doors for me as I represented the United States for a number of years as a member of the United States Paralympic Swimming Team. I represented Team USA at many national competitions in addition to the 2019 Para Pan American Games in Lima, Peru. Looking forward my mission is to be an example to others with disabilities to achieve their goals and not put limits on themselves.
