Hi! I’m Lauryn Vogt, a swimmer at the University of Kansas, majoring in exercise science. I am passionate about swimming, wellness, and inspiring younger athletes. I enjoy spending time outside and at the lake. Swimming has taught me discipline, time management, and stepping out of my comfort zone. My goal is to uplifting others and making a positive impact in and out of the pool. I’m excited to connect with brands and create content that I love and can share with my audience!
