Hey!! I’m Lainie Douglas and I am a women’s basketball player at Missouri State University! My position is a forward/ center. I am a sophomore and am planning on majoring in nursing, I chose nursing because I have always been interested and love helping people in need. I am a very outgoing, fun, energetic, people person. Some of my other hobbies that I love to do outside of basketball are shop, get my nails done, play pickleball, and so many more things. I love to eat as well, trying new food is probably one of my favorites things to do especially because I am not a picky eater at all. I have been playing basketball since I was 5 so it’s been part of my life ever since I can remember. I had a very successful high school career, with being ranked 4th for my class, 3rd team all EKL, 1st team all EKL. I have also had a great start to my college career with 5 times freshman of the week, all freshman team, and winning the Missouri Valley Conference in 2025!
