I am a fun spontaneous athlete from Houston,Texas. Some of my passions are fitness, volunteering, nature, and supporting those who have special needs. I have played volleyball for 10 years and knew I wanted to play in college. I went juco for 1 year then transferred to Virginia State University and will be playing there in the fall. Over the years I have overcome 2 knee injuries involving several torn ligaments. That is why I will be going into the field of sports psychology to help athletes overcome the mental side of injuries and different tribulations. I am currently working for my masters then I will eventually get my doctorate. My main goal is to continue playing volleyball then give back to the sports community through knowledge and therapy.
