I’m Kon’Trel “Trel” Hamn, a middle linebacker at Glenville State University. I’m a student-athlete defined by faith, discipline, and relentless effort. My journey isn’t typical—I wasn’t highly ranked out of high school, but I refused to let that stop me. Through consistent training, film study, and mindset work, I went from 165 lbs to 210 lbs, & from overlooked to college football starter. I bring heart, hustle, & humility into every space I walk into—on & off the field. Football Journey: My senior year, I posted: 94 total tackles 4 sacks 5 tackles for loss 2 forced fumbles These numbers didn’t just reflect stats—they reflected heart, discipline, and instinct. My football IQ and sideline-to-sideline range helped me make plays bigger guys missed. I was recognized as one of Virginia’s top linebackers in 6A & ranked among the top 50 statewide. That earned me a spot on the roster at Glenville State University, where I’ve continued to develop—getting faster, stronger & smarter every season.
