Hi, my name is Kodi Ingols. I will be playing football at Fort Lewis College this upcoming fall. Along with football I will be running for Fort Lewis Track. I will be studying exercise physiology and focusing on optimizing athletic performance and injury prevention. When I am not on the field or the classroom, I love spending time in nature. I am an avid hiker and like to claim to be a skilled fisherman. Doing these activists in nature help me find some calm in all that I have going on. Along with that I spend majority of my time in the gym. I see the potential of staying consistent and truly want to become my best self. To change the direction a little I have grown my instagram to almost 1,220 followers. I feel that I can spread positivity through social media and that I can help inspire people!
