I am a Freshman at Minnesota State, from West Des Moines, IA. I run Cross Country and Track. I am majoring in Finance. I started running when I was 6 years old, running for my dad's track club. In high school, I was a multi-time state qualifier and a multi-time all-conference runner, and I was captain of both the Track and Cross country teams. I competed on my high school's varsity team for all four years. I love competing, playing, and watching a variety of sports outside of running. I believe that athletes need to find balance in their sport and social life, which is something that I have been attempting to do in my own life recently.
