I'm a track & field athlete at the University of Central Missouri, specializing in the 200m and 400m. I’m passionate about fitness, mental wellness, and helping athletes build a healthy relationship with sport and themselves. Having struggled with medical struggles surrounding RED-S, stress-fractures, and mental health, I'm a first-hand advocate for athletes feeling seen and supported with their struggles. Beyond athletics, I’m a 4.0 Finance student with plans of attending law school, a part of the Honors College here at UCM, and helped with non-profit The Dakota Rogers Project during my time back home. I’m excited to use my platform to inspire others and partner with brands that align with my values.
