I’m a Marketing student and runner passionate about promoting wellness through movement and nutrition. My journey with running started casually, but in college I began training for marathons on my own—eventually earning the opportunity to compete on the Georgia Southern track and field team during my senior year. That experience shaped not only my discipline as an athlete, but also my desire to inspire others to pursue goals they may not have thought possible. I create content centered around running, realistic wellness, and everyday nutrition, with a focus on being authentic in a space that often feels curated. Whether I’m sharing training insights, race experiences, or simple, healthy finds, my goal is to connect with a community that values balance, consistency, and real-life progress. I want to promote health, but also a safe space among athletes. This important to me as a female endurance athlete who understands how crucial fueling is, but how hard it is at the same time.
