I’m Jennifer McMillan, an Oregon State University gymnast of Dominican-American heritage who is motivated to set an example for Hispanic girls. I am a role model that they can look up to and see that their culture and background make them unique and should be treasured because, along with dedication, perseverance, and hard work it can open a vast array of opportunities beyond what they have ever imagined.
