I’m Jeff Henderson, 2016 Olympic Long Jump Champion, Pan Am Champion, and World Silver Medalist. I’ve won titles at every level, NJCAA, NAIA, NCAA, and for Team USA. I spent 10 years as a professional athlete with Adidas, building a reputation for consistency, performance, and professionalism. Now I coach men’s and women’s sprints, jumps, and weight training. As a family man and mentor, I value discipline, loyalty, and growth.
