I’m a multiple time national champion in short distance sprinting, a European Karate Championship bronze medalist, and a proud member of the Cyprus National Team in both track and field and karate. I’m also pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering through the joint engineering program between Rockhurst University and UMKC. Beyond athletics and academics, I’m passionate about fitness, fashion, sneakers, and sportswear. When I’m not training or studying, you’ll probably find me experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, spending time outdoors, or enjoying a good cup of coffee. I love staying active, expressing my personality through my style, and discovering new brands that align with my interests and lifestyle!
