My name is Evan Thro I am a 21 year old college bowler. I grew up in Fall River Massachusetts. My great grandfather is the one who showed me the sport of bowling at a very young age. I have a picture that’s a carry with me of me and him at the bowling center when I was 2 years old. I joined the junior program when I was 5 years old at holiday lanes of Westport. As I grew older i developed a great relationship ship with Jon van hees and Alex aguair the owners of strike FX pro shops. They have been my coaches since I was 15 and started to take bowling very seriously. They stood behind me when I make the choice to continue my academic and bowling career at Muskingum University. My goal is to become a national tour pro and give back as much as I can to the sport that has given everything to me.
