Hi! I’m Emily, a Division I lacrosse goalie at the University of Detroit Mercy. When I’m not competing, you’ll usually find me coaching club lacrosse, working with goalies, or finding new ways to get better as an athlete. I’m passionate about performance, recovery, and helping the next generation of players grow both on and off the field. I love partnering with brands that fit naturally into my everyday life, and I’m excited to create authentic content that athletes can actually relate to.
