I am a wrestler at sacred heart university. I’m currently studying Exercise Science and am in the 3+3 for my doctorate in physical therapy. First person to in my family to go to college and I believe that is from being a high level athlete. From the challenges it forces you to go through to the mental structure it builds in a personal character that truly allows for a good base for someone moving into the college world. I do also have my certification in personal training by NASM because I love to teach people how to take care of their bodies due to the fact that I believe being mentally and physically fit is the best possible thing a person can work on.
