I’m a former NFL defensive back and All-American collegiate athlete who turned my passion for competition into a purpose-driven career. Football gave me the opportunity to compete at the highest level, but more importantly, it taught me discipline, preparation, and how to perform when the pressure is on. Today, I run a sports performance and DB training program in Jacksonville, where I’ve spent nearly a decade helping athletes elevate their speed, confidence, and overall performance. I’ve trained over 100 athletes, and my mission is simple: develop complete competitors — physically, mentally, and professionally. Outside of training, I’m a proud husband and father of four. Being a present and intentional dad is my greatest accomplishment. When I’m not on the field or with my family, you’ll probably find me on the golf course, out fishing, or embracing any opportunity to compete and grow.
