My name is Dayton LaMar, and I’m from the small town of Denmark, Iowa. I’m a college track & field athlete, competing in the long jump, triple jump, and high jump. I take pride in working hard both on the track and in the classroom, always striving to improve and push my limits. Beyond athletics, I enjoy sports, fitness, food, music, movies, animals, gaming, and I especially enjoy the outdoors. Growing up in a small town taught me the value of discipline and dedication, and I carry that mindset into everything I do.
