Hola! I’m Dayan Malavé, a proud Puerto Rican pro volleyball player, former NCAA DI athlete, and forever a #JUCOProduct! My journey has taken me from Iowa Western to Youngstown State and Austin Peay, earning two JUCO National Championships, All-American and All-Tournament Team honors. I hold a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, an MBA in Human Resources, and a second MBA in Leadership. But there’s more to my story than volleyball. If you don’t find me on the court, you’ll probably find me working my 8–5 job! The reality is, playing professional volleyball in Puerto Rico doesn’t always mean you can make a living solely from the sport. And that’s MY reality. I’m balancing a full-time career, training, and competition while chasing my dreams. My story is about the hustle behind the highlights, the sacrifices, and the passion that keeps me going. Outside of that, I love skincare, shopping, traveling, the beach, church, & spend time with love ones. Looking to connect with you! MHM! 💚
