D1 distance runner at the University of Toledo (MAC) and Entrepreneurship major from Saline, Michigan. True freshman making my collegiate 8k debut this fall after an All-State senior season (4:15 1600, 15:37 5k XC, 25th at the MHSAA D1 State Finals) and a 2024 state runner-up team. I run 70+ mile weeks and document all of it: long runs, fueling, recovery, race week, and the real day-in-the-life of a freshman college athlete. My audience is high school and college runners across the Midwest who want training and recovery content made for distance, not just the weight room.
