I’m a lacrosse player from Virginia, shaped by discipline and consistency from growing up with a mom who is a fitness trainer, which taught me early the importance of routine, preparation, and taking care of my body. I started playing lacrosse in 3rd grade and have built my game around hard work and daily improvement. On the field, I pride myself on leadership, accountability, and setting a high standard through effort and consistency, always focused on making my teammates better and leaving a lasting impact through how I play and carry myself. Off the field, I stay active through pickleball tournaments, coaching at Orange Theory Fitness, and creating graphics for my local team. Otherwise I'm spending time outdoors on my boat, fishing, and walking my dog. After my career, I plan to attend law school and pursue a role in the sports industry, ideally as a sports agent, staying connected to the game while helping athletes.
