I’m Arnicka Louis, a dedicated student-athlete and national athlete from Saint Lucia , passionate about competing, learning, and growing both on and off the field. I take pride in representing my island with discipline, teamwork, and determination. My journey as an athlete has taught me the value of hard work, resilience, and staying focused on my goals. Outside of sports, I enjoy spending time with my family and cooking, especially for my teammates.
