My name is Alyssa, and I’m a sophomore student-athlete at Quinnipiac University on the Acrobatics and Tumbling team. I’m majoring in Applied Business with a minor in Social Media Strategy, and I’m passionate about fitness, beauty, and raising awareness for mental health in athletes. Growing up in a gym 30 hours a week as a gymnast taught me to be adaptable and disciplined, and now I love sharing lifestyle, makeup, and team moments on social media. Looking ahead, I’m excited to explore opportunities in real estate, insurance, content creation, or marketing while continuing to inspire others to know they’re more than their sport.
