Hello! My name is Ali Ramadan and I am a soccer player at Creighton University. Both of my parents are Egyptian and were born and raised in Cairo! I am a first-generation college student athlete, navigating the challenges of both academia and sports whilst managing Type 1 diabetes. Growing up, I learned early on that determination is key to overcoming obstacles. Despite the demands of my condition, I've excelled in both realms, helping contribute towards victories on the field while prevailing over the challenges and trials that come with type 1 diabetes. My journey is a testament to the power of perseverance and serves as inspiration for others facing similar challenges.
