Hi! My name is Addison Osilka, and I am a student-athlete for the Women's Soccer Team at Metropolitan State University in Denver, Colorado. I am an Exercise Science major, and I want to eventually earn my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. I want to be able to help athletes in the future. I love learning about training, recovery, performance, and how athletes can improve. Before transferring to Metropolitan State, I played soccer for two years at Northeast Community College in Nebraska. I must say, small-town life to Denver was a huge change! I started every game at Northeast and earned first-team all-region honors. Soccer has taught me so much, including discipline, communication, leadership, and teamwork. My juggling record is over 500, and I was born in Jacksonville, Florida. I create authentic, engaging content that highlights my life as a student-athlete and my interests beyond soccer, while partnering with brands that naturally align with my lifestyle and passions.
